2nd Sunday on King Street

For fans of Charleston culture

Mom wants to come to 2nd Sunday on King Street!

Susan Lucas

This month’s chapter will feature Smudge, and The V-Tones of Charleston, just two of musical surprises popping up for our 2nd Sunday brand of fun.

Hungry? There are lobster rolls waiting at &Lobster at Beaufain Street and A.W. Shucks on Lower King. Lib’s Diner always has fresh, inventive takes on classics, and KJ Style BBQ at Hasell Street attracts a line the minute he sets up.

Art your thing? Lauren and Rebecca and Tate are on the bricks, joined by other creatives inspired by and inspiring Charleston’s thriving art scene.

Shopping for Mom, fashion for you. Pick up a pair of Maui Jim’s at Tommy Bahama, outside Charleston Place. Cross the street for Spartina 449. Inspired by one of the few remaining unspoiled treasures, Daufuskie Island, South Carolina, Spartina 449 embodies the true beauty and spririt of Island Living. Look for Raine and Grace Candles nearby, or follow your nose to lovely candle scents in innovative packaging.

Special thanks to Crews Subaru. They’ll be there—can’t miss ‘em!
